Refund and Returns Policy
At DARA Scents, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how our refund and returns process works.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 15 days from the date of purchase. If 15 days have passed, unfortunately we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received

The item must be in its original packaging

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Gift cards

Downloadable products

Health and personal care items

Opened or used fragrances
We also do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Partial Refunds (If Applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

Items showing clear signs of use

Products not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

Returns requested after 15 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a few business days, depending on your payment provider.

If you’ve completed all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at admin@darascents.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at admin@darascents.com. and send the item to:

If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
